6. Payment & Billing

Payment is required at the time of purchase. All prices are in ZAR unless stated otherwise as well as inclusive of VAT. Third-party payment processors (e.g., PayFast) may have separate terms that apply to your payment. You are responsible for any fees, charges, or taxes associated with your purchase.

7. Delivery

After purchase, downloadable products will be delivered via a download link and confirmation email. Online courses and subscriptions may require account creation. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of digital products. We are not responsible for lost, deleted, or corrupted files beyond the replacement policy outlined in our Refund Policy.

8. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Digital products are generally non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. Courses, workshops, and consultations have specific cancellation windows outlined in the policy.

9. Subscriptions

Subscription services (e.g., premium newsletter, community access) renew automatically according to the billing cycle. You must cancel before the renewal date to avoid further charges. Access remains active until the end of the billing period after cancellation. No partial refunds will be provided for unused time.
